I’m Adam. I live in Fareham with my wife and two young children. I was born in Portsmouth and have lived locally my whole life.

When you become a parent, your mindset shifts. It did for me. I’m now in my mid-thirties, with responsibilities and perspective I never had in my early years.

What I do

I’ve built my consultancy to support business owners who want clarity, structure and sustainable growth. I share real-world advice based on my own experience, using strategies and data I’ve tested over the past 18 years.

My background

At 16, I founded Damteq®, a Growth Marketing Agency. I had no funding, no experience, and no mentor. Just a domain name for £2.99, some skills in web design, and the drive to learn.

Today, Damteq is a multimillion-pound business. We’ve stayed profitable yearly, grown our team tenfold, and helped over 800 companies grow. No investors. No loans. Just solid strategy and hard work.

Alongside Damteq, I’ve also launched eight other ventures across eCommerce, lead generation and SaaS.
